LO:LO currently ships within Thailand.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery area and courier service.

Shipping fee

Shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may apply from time to time.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and shipping address are correct before completing payment. LO:LO is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
